Taruna is extremely nuanced and insightful. I would not have expected so many layers and considerations putting together a seemingly basic thing like a resume. Felt good getting much needed clarity from someone who was patient and non-judgemental. The resume strategy recommended by her is getting me around 3 times more call backs from recruiters. If you are willing to put in a deep dive into your work-ex, skills and target places, I would say her perspective is of great help. (she easily gave 10-15 extra minutes in both the calls we had)
