Hi, I’m Tarun 👋 I work in HR, but not the stereotype you’re probably thinking of. I don’t make rangolis or just send policy reminders. My work revolves around understanding people, careers, and the decisions that shape them. Over the past few years, I’ve worked across recruitment, HR strategy, people operations, and employer branding. Currently, I’m helping build and scale teams at EquityList, working closely with founders and leadership to hire the right people and create meaningful work environments.
