Switching Domains (Frontend ↔ Backend, Full-Stack)

Thinking about switching lanes within engineering — frontend to backend, backend to full-stack, service company to product company, or into AI/ML? I’ve navigated some of these switches myself, including moving into an AI/ML MTech while working full-time as an SDE.
