With over 15 years of experience in human resources and executive search, I am currently the COO at Reach Here, a unique concept providing assistance through Reacher's (Assistants) on hourly / contract basis for senior assistance, home assistance (domestic help) and child assistance. I am responsible for building and scaling the tech platform, as well as the HR consulting arm, for this innovative and disruptive company. I am also the founder of a stealth startup and the head of campus placement at Aegis School of Business and Telecommunication, where I leverage my expertise in data science and cloud computing to identify and secure the best talent and industry experts for the programs.
