As the Country Manager of Globewerks India, I lead the operations for medical and corporate events, conferences, and workshops in the APAC region. I manage cross-functional teams across three countries, report to the Group CEO and COO, and build long-term relations with clients and attendees. I have 9 years of experience in the conference, events, and hospitality industry, spanning multiple countries including UK, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia. I launched the Globewerks India office in 2018, recruited and trained a new team, and organised our first event for over 600 delegates. I am skilled in process building, logistics, vendor management, staff hiring, client servicing, stakeholder management, and financial reporting. I hold a Master's degree in International Events Management from the University of Surrey, and a General Management Program from Stoa School. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai. I am passionate about delivering impactful and memorable experiences that create a positive and long-lasting impact on the audience. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my event strategy and execution.
