I'm a creative professional who likes to create marketing strategies for brands in order for them to retain their customers and build loyalty. At MRM, I'm a part of Brand Strategy team where I do some exciting work on Digital Marketing and CRM. Previously, I worked at Great Place to Work(R) in B2B sales managing accounts of over 100 brands in their people management and employer branding side. I've also worked with an OTT platform (Arre) in the content creation and promotion side for the mass audience during my summer internship. Prior to my post-grad, I also worked with the public sector where I was part of creating policy framework and its implementation. There, I worked on crucial government policies for the time, like Abolition of Redundant laws, Solar panel installation across govt assets and oversaw e-governance platforms like Pragiti, e-Samiksha etc. Apart from my full-time job, I consult organizations on their digital marketing practices, brand communication and identification of target audiences for their platforms. I also enjoy working with Non-Profit organizations like AOL and Sarvahitey. I’m an avid reader, amateur photographer and a learning musician.
