Welcome to our mentoring program for students who aspire to pursue a career in management. Our program is led by an IIM alumni, who is a management professional with extensive experience and expertise in guiding and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.

Our program is designed to provide students with comprehensive guidance and support to help them prepare for a career in management. Our mentor will share their personal journey, experiences and insights into how they became successful management professionals. They will provide students with practical advice and tips on how to build their skills and knowledge in areas such as leadership, communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

In addition to career preparation, our mentor will also guide students on the different career paths available in management, including roles in marketing, finance, operations, human resources, and entrepreneurship. They will help students understand the challenges and opportunities in these areas and how to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
