really loved the way tanya addresses everyone and makes everyone feel inclusive and comfortable. had fun attending the workshop, hoping to attend once again.

About me
Ms. Tanya Chadha, founder of My Safe Circle which provides a safe and healthy environment for people to talk about their mental health. The focus is to enhance mental health and make others see it with no stigmas. Incidentally her remarkable contribution towards the society has earned her recognition for the International Volunteer Award 2021 by The United Nations Organization. She was also awarded the prestigious Diana Award in memory of the late Princess Diana of London by the Government of the United Kingdom, for her contribution to the betterment of society. She’s active in interacting with adults and children as well, counselling and offering as a helping hand for their mental health.
