If we were talking right now, I wouldn’t hit you with a polished bio. I’d probably ask, “What’s the one thing you've been trying to figure out lately?” Because that’s where the real conversations happen—the ones that actually change things. I’ve spent the last decade building products, leading teams, and coaching sharp, ambitious professionals who know they’re capable of more but feel like something’s missing. I’ve done this at Kissflow, Zoho, and Masai School—launching AI-native products, scaling teams, and navigating the tricky, unspoken parts of career growth. I don’t do vague advice. I don’t believe in playing small. And I definitely don’t think success should come at the cost of authenticity. If I’ve learned anything, it’s this: when you move with clarity, own your strengths, and play your own game—you win. I write, speak, and coach because I love figuring things out—how work actually works, how people really grow, and how to make big moves with confidence.
