Hi, I’m Tanya! I completed my master’s at the University of Manchester and currently work as a Data & AI Analyst at the University of Bath. I’m also an incoming Business Analyst in the Rewards and Compensation team at Microsoft. Having navigated studying in the UK, finding work and securing sponsored roles, I understand how overwhelming the journey can feel. I’m excited to share my experiences, practical tips and lessons learned to help others approach their next steps with more confidence. Whether you’re considering studying in the UK, exploring sponsored jobs or preparing for applications and interviews, I’d love to connect. Book a chat or call, bring your questions, and let’s talk through your goals together!
