About me

I have completed BSc (Hons) in Economics and Political Science at Lahore University of Management Sciences and won the National Outreach Programme Scholarship – a prestigious scholarship allowing me to develop excellent abilities, and personal strength to adapt to multicultural/diverse environments and work in diversified teams. I have had excellent academic background: won 02 bronze medals; secured 1st Position all across Pakistan in the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education; and have been awarded numerous academic excellence certifications. I have successfully participated in more than 20 Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) assignments with donors, United Nation Agencies, and INGOs including but limited to DFAT, FCDO/UKAID, START Network, USAID, HAG Australia, ACTED, DAI, IRC, AFD France, NCA, British Asian Trust, Coffey International/ Tetra Tech, Better Cotton Initiative, Muslim Hands, Oxfam etc. I have a niche in Programme Management: Project Cycle (programme design, programme implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation) and overall research/knowledge production cycle. I have extensive expertise in the monitoring and evaluation, knowledge of OECD DAC criteria, programme design and implementation, report writing (inception, weekly progress reports, quarterly progress reports, field data report), data analysis, training delivery of field enumerators, data collection tools development, data collection (in-person, remote, and hybrid) and quality assurance. This has allowed me to hone my abilities to plan, organize, anticipate and deliver work under tight deadlines. Also, in all of these assignments, I utilized various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Lean Six Sigma) for various stages of the projects. I have acquired expertise in stakeholders’ management including donors, INGOs, IPs, government, Community, Private sector, academia and civil society in terms of identification and liaison.
