With over 12 years of experience in the Fintech and Product Engineering sector, I am a Senior Manager - Global Talent Acquisition at Amazon, where I manage the end-to-end recruiting process for hiring talented engineers across multiple business divisions, disciplines, and geographies. I have a Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Nano Degree Program from Udacity, and certifications in Agile Project Management and Professional Scrum Master, which enable me to understand the technical and business needs of the clients and the candidates.
