Public Speaking Breakthrough

Other than 60-minutes of 1-1 coaching, this call contains:

1. A public speaking guide-paper [5 pages of actionable advice]
2. A 10-minute meditation

I was woefully shy and introverted as a school kid. Law school opened me up but I still remained hesitant of public speaking. I said no to many opportunities to speak. The impact of this is clear: you miss growth both in your career and in your self.

However, I a big believer in books and training. Through multiple books, Toastmasters training, meditation, and practice I can confidently say that I have broken through this barrier.

Nowadays, colleges pay us Rs. 1 lakh+/day to speak (note: in a workshop setting which has more than just the speaking bit). I have also keynoted at various fora including giving a TEDx talk twice.
