I’m a Senior AI Engineer at United Wholesale Mortgage and the Founder & Host of “Encoded by HER,” a podcast spotlighting women growing and leading in Artificial Intelligence. My career spans hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and creative storytelling in both industry and research. I'm passionate about building impactful AI and generative systems, with experience across healthcare, fintech, and regulatory tech. Recently, I led prompt engineering for advanced RAG-based LLMs, voice cloning for legal heritage, and delivered scalable ML solutions in production. My work includes collaborating with diverse teams on MLOps, NLP, and model evaluation, always focused on bridging technical rigor with practical value. Today, I’m driving innovative GenAI at UWM in Michigan and amplifying underrepresented voices in tech through my podcast.
