As a Software Engineer 2 at Intuit, I bring over three years of experience in enhancing system reliability, optimizing performance, and driving key features for QuickBooks Online. My journey at Intuit began as a summer intern, where I contributed to projects like the QuickBooks Online workflow widget for Canada Payroll. Since then, I’ve developed a deep expertise in building and managing high-traffic microservices, addressing production challenges, and delivering impactful solutions. In my current role, I’ve led initiatives that significantly improved the stability and performance of our platforms. For instance, I played a pivotal role in enhancing email deliverability to over 99%, optimizing legacy systems to support 250 TPS, and expanding global SMS services to over 200 countries. My technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and AWS has been instrumental in driving these successes, earning me recognition through various awards and accolades, including the CX3 Engineering Excellence Award. I am passionate about using technology to solve complex problems and improve user experiences.
