I am a Mental Health Expert at Now&Me, a platform that connects people who need emotional support with trained professionals and peers. I have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Amity University, and I am also a Counseling Psychologist and a Mental Health Counselor. I have over a year of experience in providing counseling, therapy, and guidance to individuals, groups, and families, with a focus on child development, trauma, and resilience. I have also worked as a Chief Management Officer at Asha the Hope. I have developed and facilitated various workshops, programs, and campaigns on mental health awareness, prevention, and intervention. I have multiple skills in active listening, soft skills training, crisis counseling, and psychological assessment. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space for people to share their stories, heal their wounds, and achieve their goals. I am a member of the WICCI - Delhi Mental Health Council, and I have contributed to several research projects on gerontology and police training cell.
