I strongly believe that Leaders become great not because of their power, but because of their ability to empower others. I have been in the field of Learning & Development for 8 years. I have keen interest in Organization Development & Change and have been working towards enhancing my knowledge and skills around the concept, particularly around Labs, Group Processes, Change management concepts. I am extremely strengthened by facilitation of group processes using concepts like Appreciative Inquiry or Design Thinking. It is extremely inspiring to trigger thoughts which eventually lead to behavior change. I have also been applying concepts of NUDGE (Behavioral science) at work to identify how choice architecture can lead to change in the decision-making process. In my role at Deloitte USI, I was part of the Leader Development team where I worked towards helping the Deloitte Leadership (PPMDs, VPs, AVPs) structure and customize their learning journey and enable holistic development. Post which I also did a one year stint with the Workforce Transformation team in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte India. In my current role at Google Operation Center, I am a Global Talent Development Manager. I am a bibliophile and a millennial who is now learning how to play the Ukelele via the massive content available on Youtube.
