Hello, I’m Taneesha, a member of the Founding Cohort of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. I have graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.
In terms of professional experience, I have interned at HDFC ERGO General Insurance during my 6th semester, where I began as a Web Developer and gradually transitioned into Product Management. Following this, I joined Honeywell Technology Solutions as a Software Engineering Intern, where I worked in my final semester from January 2025 until I commenced my journey at ISB.
Managing everything, from my final-year undergraduate curriculum and an internship at Honeywell to rigorously preparing for the GMAT and refining my application essays was undoubtedly challenging. As a member of the founding cohort, there were no footsteps to follow or predefined roadmap to rely on. Yet, this very uncertainty pushed me to carve my own path.
