Hello, I’m Taneesha, a member of the Founding Cohort of the Post Graduate Programme in Management for Young Leaders (PGP YL) at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. I have graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore. In terms of professional experience, I have interned at HDFC ERGO General Insurance during my 6th semester, where I began as a Web Developer and gradually transitioned into Product Management. Following this, I joined Honeywell Technology Solutions as a Software Engineering Intern, where I worked in my final semester from January 2025 until I commenced my journey at ISB. Managing everything, from my final-year undergraduate curriculum and an internship at Honeywell to rigorously preparing for the GMAT and refining my application essays was undoubtedly challenging. As a member of the founding cohort, there were no footsteps to follow or predefined roadmap to rely on. Yet, this very uncertainty pushed me to carve my own path. Having navigated this journey firsthand, I now hope to share my experiences and insights with aspiring candidates, helping them approach the process with greater clarity and confidence.
