I am a postgraduate of Institute of Administrative Sciences (University of the Punjab), with specialization in Human Resources Management. I have more than four years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Stewart Pakistan Private Limited, a leading global provider of title insurance and real estate services. My core competencies include recruitment, employee engagement, training, career counselling, succession planning, compensation management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. At Stewart Pakistan, I worked on various projects and tasks that involved employee inventory and data integrity, employee satisfaction survey, employee documents automation, recruitment and selection, onboarding and induction, separation, training need assessment, employee counseling, employee retention and event organization.
