I've always had an affection with creative art. I use my imaginative thoughts to create art in a manner that reflects sustainability. My affection with creativity helps me to take better decisions and always allows people around me to think more creatively as well as out of the box. Currently pursuing a PhD at IIM Raipur in OB & HRM area and I am thrilled to set my footprints into the area of Research and Education. Moreover my areas of interest includes; Toxic work environment, leadership and career management. Since I've always been a creative person, when I am not on the job, I love making digital illustrations, writing short articles romanticizing life, love and nature. I love travelling to new places along with playing my little instrument (Ukulele) for fun. My Inspiration: Indian Railways.
