I pursued my MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Kolkata with a special focus on Product Management, Consulting & Marketing through a host of enriching internships that helped me analyze, gain insight and implement solutions to real business problems. I am currently working as a Product Manager in Digital Banking Unit of Yes Bank where I handle the UPI Product of Yes Bank. Notably, YBL being the market leader in Merchant UPI products, my role encompasses a host of skill sets including working on integrating new UPI products(Ex- UPI on CC), prioritizing projects as per impact & revenue generation, owning & solving merchant issues related to anything UPI & complying with dynamic regulatory demands of NPCI around digital payments. I am definitely a learner & not a seasoned expert but I'd be more than happy to share my wisdom & knowledge if that helps anyone out there.
