Soumyadeep cleared all my career-related doubts and provided me a clear roadmap for my career goals. I wasn't sure whether I was putting in efforts in the right direction. I was confused about where to focus in my daily upskilling time - frontend depth vs fullstack breadth vs AI Engineering vs DSA. He patiently heard all my doubts and my cross questions, and my career context, and provided me an appropriate roadmap with reasoning about why that roadmap is right for my career growth. This session gave me a lot of clarity. Also, given his unique background in software engineering as well as teaching, it was easy to trust him.
