I am an AI professional with a background that bridges psychology and technology. After earning my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I transitioned into the field of Artificial Intelligence, completing my Master's in AI at the University of Essex in 2023. Currently, I serve as a Senior AI Associate at Factor Law in the AI R&D team. Here, I focus on developing innovative in-house AI tools aimed at enhancing our legal services, with plans to extend these solutions to our clients in the near future. Previously, I worked as an AI and LLM Technologist at TheTin, a digital agency. In this role, I was responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbots for professional services clients, leveraging Large Language Models to enhance user interactions.
