I work in the Managing Director’s Office, partnering directly with senior leadership on enterprise-wide digital and analytics initiatives. My mandate spans three areas: owning existing digital programs, building new data, GenAI and agentic AI–based applications, and upskilling employees across levels through structured training programs that I design and deliver personally. I lead execution as well as strategy. I manage developers, translate leadership priorities into scalable products, and ensure delivery across analytics, automation, and AI use cases. My background includes building enterprise dashboards for CXOs, automating complex finance and HR workflows, designing AI-driven decision systems, and scaling new business lines from zero to significant revenue impact. I have delivered 150+ corporate training programs and taught analytics and AI at premier institutions, combining real corporate problems with hands-on implementation. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people—turning abstract leadership intent into systems that actually run in production, and ensuring the organization has the skills to sustain them.
