I'm an Agile coach. I love building with teams, evolving with them, working with them through obstacles, and relishing in their successes. My passion is teaching, mentoring, and coaching to find better ways of working and learning together, inspiring teams and individuals to go after what fulfills them. I cherish self-organization, building trust through open and meaningful conversations, understanding the team's collective purpose and the “Why”s of individuals within the team, fostering an environment that encourages constructive clash of opinions. For me, there is nothing better than to see a happy team grow and excel and know you had a small part to play on their journey. And yes, also got a few certifications along the way, like CSM and PSM, worked with collocated, distributed, remote teams, small startups, and industry-leading enterprises. I'm also a father that hopes to provide the best environment for my kid for her to grow and excel in whatever fulfills her. I’m a fan of self-directed learning and bringing values that I work to instill in teams also to her world.
