Tabish, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur and IIM Bangalore comes with over 15+ years of professional excellence and leadership journey. Currently, he is the CoFounder of a startup building B2B SaaS and providing Business Consulting services. He started his career with a Technology consulting startup, iRunway, where he provided his technical expertise on marquee patent litigation and portfolio analysis projects. Subsequently, he joined Tata Steel Ltd in their Flat Products supply chain management function to help implement IT supply chain expansion projects for brownfield and greenfield expansion. Post his MBA from IIM Bangalore, he joined the Amazon Pathways Operations Leadership Program and the Amazon WW Tech support teams in Hyderabad, leading the site expansion supporting Amazon Devices and Digital products. He then went on to lead the expansion of Shipping & Delivery Support (supporting Amazon WW Last mile delivery and customers) teams in India & Philippines, leading their accelerated expansion across multiple physical and virtual locations. Through his professional journey spanning diverse industries and roles, he has developed high-performing teams and leaders, while raising the bar on operational efficiency and customer experience. His critical thinking, analytical skills and high velocity decision making capability have helped him simplify problems and deliver sustainable results.
