Three words which define Saher: Data Analytics, Teaching & Sports I have worked with start-ups, private and government organizations including HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan), therefore, bring along the experience of working in a multi-cultural environment. My journey with data began six years back and have predominantly served as an analytics consultant where my expertise included ‘answering management questions’ and ‘exploring the unexplored’. An MBA with a bachelor’s in software engineering, I know how to connect the dots between technology and business to extract real value from the data to facilitate decision makers. Through knowledge transfer, I lead by example and consistently practice the mantra of ‘empower others.’ With the knowledge sharing intent, I keep on arranging training on the subject of ‘Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics Enablement’ enabling people to unleash the real value from data. I am an ardent sportsperson who utilizes her analytical skills to play a fair cricket game and likes applying analytics while watching cricket on television. As for my table tennis, I am optimistic about improving my game in the near future.
