Negative thoughts don’t disappear because you “think positive.”

They repeat because you don’t know how to work with your mind when it spirals.

This is a structured, practical session where we actively work on:

• understanding why your negative thoughts keep looping

• learning how to interrupt them in real time

• replacing them with realistic, helpful alternatives (not forced positivity)

What we’ll actually do in this session

• Identify your common negative thought patterns

• Break down how your mind is maintaining them

• Practice specific techniques during the session itself

• Learn how to consciously reframe thoughts without suppressing emotions

• Build a personal framework you can reuse outside the session

You won’t just listen.

You’ll do the strategies with guidance, so you know how to apply them on your own.
