1. Risk-Ready Schedule Assessment

Pre-requisite:

• Project schedule in XER, MPP, or XML format (Primavera P6/MS Project)
• Baseline and updated project schedules (if available)
• Project scope, milestones, and constraints
• Scheduling guidelines or contract requirements (if applicable)

Scope:

• Perform schedule validation using Deltek Acumen Fuse
• Analyze logic, sequencing, and constraints for inconsistencies
• Assess schedule quality based on industry best practices (DCMA 14-Point Check, CPM analysis)
• Identify critical path issues, float abuse, negative lags, and missing dependencies
• Provide benchmarking analysis comparing schedule health against standards
• Deliver insights for schedule optimization and risk preparedness
