Syed Asad Raza is a Learning & Development enthusiast and an OD Professional with his area of expertise being soft skills training and consulting. Asad is a business graduate with a bachelor’s degree from IBA and an MBA degree from KSBL, he has had a diversified career spanning almost 7 years now where he has been a part of leading organizations in different industries. He is currently working at Cybernet as their lead for Learning, and Organizational Development where his scope of work covers People Development, Succession Planning, Culture Development, and Employee well-being along with strategic HR interventions. Apart from his corporate duties, he also serves as an independent trainer and consultant, works closely on employees' personal and professional growth, and conducts different training modules. He has designed and delivered trainings on elements such as Leadership, Strategic Team Management, Emotional Intelligence, Personal Effectiveness, Time Management & Work Prioritization, and Uplifting Service Levels. Together with this, Asad also works closely with students and young professionals as a trainer and consultant, helps them understand the corporate dynamics, and assists them in choosing a suitable career path. So far, he has positively influenced the lives of numerous individuals. He has had the honor of working with institutions like Aiesec Islamabad, Szabist Karachi, KASBIT, Kinnaird College, Sir Syed University, etc. Asad considers himself one of the young and upcoming trainers in Pakistan and aspires to continue to help people develop in their academic and professional aspects.
