Navigate around difficult colleagues

Hello!

We all have been there, that we face extremely toxic colleagues who shout at you, or simply smile at you but "forget" to share details about that important project. Unlike Instagram and LinkedIn influencers who only discuss the problems, I will want to discuss solutions as well. Please note, this is not a spoonfeeding call, I will need to understadn the full story objectively and then tell you what the real problem is, and out of experience what I had done to encounter such situaitons, also give you some suggestions. Please note, any decisions made, only the person is solely responsible for execution. Or if you just want to rant, I will be fine to listen.
