Hi, I’m Sweety, a Chartered Accountant currently working in external audit at Deloitte. I’m passionate about mentoring students and young professionals who are navigating important career and life decisions. Whether it’s exploring careers in finance or consulting, pursuing professional qualifications like CA, or simply feeling unsure about the next step, I enjoy helping people think through their options and move forward with more clarity. Coming from Bihar, I understand how difficult it can sometimes be to access the right guidance and professional networks. During my own journey, I was fortunate to receive support and mentorship from people who helped me without expecting anything in return. That experience inspired me to give back in the same way. These mentorship conversations are something I do to share my experiences and support students and young professionals who may need guidance, encouragement, or simply a space to talk through their challenges. Along with career discussions, I also believe it is important to talk openly about confidence, mental well-being, and personal growth.
