About me
With 16+ years of experience, I am the IN Design Studio Head at Revel, where I bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and design excellence. I specialize in building scalable QA processes and fostering global collaboration to deliver consistent, user-centric experiences. Beyond the studio, I serve as an Experience Advisor (Fractional CXO) for TribeMacaw and am a Certified Life Coach dedicated to women’s empowerment and career elevation. My mission is to harmonize operational excellence with empathy, curiosity, and the growth of the people behind the designs.
