My journey into product management didn’t begin with a title, it began with curiosity. Early in my career, I worked closely with engineering and testing teams, learning how products are built behind the scenes. That experience shaped how I think about products today. Great products are never created in isolation; they emerge from collaboration, thoughtful problem solving, and a deep understanding of customers. Over the past 12+ years, I’ve worked on multiple SaaS products across Higher Education, Media, and Healthcare, helping teams turn ideas into real products used by customers around the world. Today, as a Senior Product Manager at Ellucian, I focus on shaping product vision, defining strategy, and working with cross-functional teams to build products that create meaningful impact. In recent years, I’ve also developed a strong interest in how AI is transforming the way products are built and experienced. Exploring AI-powered product experiences and how emerging technologies improve decision-making and user journeys is an area I’m particularly passionate about. Beyond building products, one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey has been mentoring product managers. Product management can feel overwhelming, especially early in your career.
