In my professional experience spanning across 20+ years, I have worked with multiple global organisations like, American Express, IBM, BT, Tesco and Firmenich to name a few, in roles with business operations, human resources, talent management, learning and organisation development. My exposure to human relationships at the workplace, across levels has offered me multitude of opportunities, to observe how organisations engage with talent, both as a user and a creator. This end to end knowledge informs the various talent management solutions I create and deliver for organisations.
