Hi. Thank you for visiting my profile. Across my 35+ years of corporate experience in the field of Human Resources, I have worked primarily with large, well established, and fast-paced organizations. Most of my experience involves working with CEOs & CXOs to define and implement people practices that are linked to organizational goals and plans. I have also worked with the CEOs and CXOs in setting up new subsidiaries and hiring their leadership teams. I have seen organizations evolve and grow through their growth life cycle. From managing teams nationally to managing HR across APAC, managing complexities cross border teams, designing long term people strategy including building talent pipeline to ensuring collaborations to build large talent pool of fresh graduates to help growth of the organisations - it has been a diverse experience! I am currently an independent HR Consultant focusing on - 1. Helping startups set up their HR processes and policies 2. Set up Diversity and Inclusion practice 3. Talent Acquisition and Talent Management 4. POSH - set up POSH policy, external IC member 5. Mentoring people through job/role transition. I am passionate about helping people succeed and have been a mentor to many senior leaders across organisations. I also serve as Member on the Advisory Board of FMS, Banasthali University and am a Mentor with Aspire For Her My past experiences include • RBL Bank where I was responsible for Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion for the Bank, when we built capability to hire 5000+ candidates annually. • First Data Corporation where I was responsible for HR for the APAC team, supporting all areas of HR and was an advisor to APAC leaders on people related issues ranging from talent building to talent development. • ICICI Bank where I handled a variety of portfolios within HR. I led the team responsible for smooth integration of over 8000 employees during the merger with ICICI Bank. I built external partnerships for building talent pool of graduates which resulted in over 5000 graduates being hired every year. I was also involved with sale of ICCI Merchant Acquiring business to First Data and was responsible for smooth migration of over 250 employees from ICICI Bank to First Data. • Indian Hotels Co Ltd where I joined as a management graduate fresh from B School and within a year took over managing HR for the flight kitchen (Taj Air Caterers). I signed the annual agreement with the union.
