Advanced Session for DELF B1

You can get by in French. Now you need to defend an opinion, write 160 argued words, and prove it on paper. This session is about turning “I understand a lot” into a B1 diploma.

• What independence at B1 means, and the jump from A2
• The grammar that carries the level: si clauses, the conditional, relative pronouns, connectors
• The DELF B1 exam: all four papers, the 1h55 written sitting, and what examiners mark
• The themes B1 keeps returning to — work, environment, technology, media, society
• Hacks for the argued essay, the role-play, and the 10 minutes of prep before you speak
