About me

I am currently leading the Child Protection team with the Government of Maharashtra and UNICEF. I manage programs related to vulnerable children, inter-state migration, women empowerment programs and data-driven interventions in this space. I am passionate about working at the intersection of law, women and child development, social impact and governance. I hold excellent academic credentials, with a rank in the University Merit List, and have exhibited merit throughout my academic engagements. I have experience in research, social-impact assessments and in the litigation sector. These experiences have helped me in developing a nuanced perspective on inclusive governance and stakeholder management, among other verticals. I have built and combined competencies in law, child rights, policy design and implementation, stakeholder mobilization and management and human-centric design.
