I have a master's degree in public health from UBC, Vancouver, and an undergraduate engineering degree in Biotechnology from VIT Vellore, India. In Canada, I have had experience working on healthcare projects in reproductive health, maternal health, and lifestyle disorders. Before that, in India, I worked at Cognizant as a Programmer Analyst in Life Sciences (R&D) and supported the maintenance and upgradation of biological applications for pharmaceutical clients such as Amgen, and was a subject matter expert for assessing the functionality of some of these software(s). Overall, I have almost four years of work experience in public health consulting, research and analytics, and health IT.
