Swareena has a total work experience of ~4 years and her latest stint was with HUL as Area Sales Manager for ~2 years. She managed a network of 9 territory officers, 350+ salespeople and 65 distributors in 9 territories. She handled ~15 crore turnover for South Karnataka and oversaw the personal products (skin, hair, oral segments) business. Prior to this, she worked at Accenture Strategy as Strategy Analyst for 2 years. Her work included working on digital marketing campaigns, GTM for new products / new markets and boosting top & bottom line charts, among other responsibilities. She graduated from IIM Calcutta where she worked with Coca Cola as Assistant Brand Manager for Coke @ ICC World Cup for 2 months. She also worked with TATA steel for a sales revamp project. She enjoys working out, reading and traveling in her free time.
