Pursuing full-time Ph.D in work and organisational psychology at IIT Roorkee. I have qualified UGC NET 2019, 2020 and Maharashtra and Goa SET 2019 exams. I am the rank holder and the recipient of 'V. K. Kothurkar award' for securing highest number of marks in masters at SPPU. Previously. I have had the privilege to represent SPPU at inter-university research convention ‘Avishkar’ My teaching experience at renowned colleges including Symbiosis college of arts and commerce, department of psychology, liberal arts department at Savitribai Phule Pune University has enabled me to develop holistic and interdisciplinary approach. I have presented my research work in national and international conferences and at institutions including IIT, NIT and IIM. Hoping to continue sharing and learning from research conventions. Looking forward to enrich my research knowledge, and sharpen my skills by learning, collaborating with peers and experts from my field.
