Hi, I'm Swaraj, Assistant Manager in Operations, working with the Group COO to drive operational excellence across 190+ hospital centres pan-India. My path here was not linear: a Biomedical Engineering degree from NIT Raipur, UPSC aspirant, an MBA in Healthcare Management at IIM Jammu, an exchange semester at Estonian Business School, and a solo backpacking trip across 12+ European countries that taught me more about adaptability than any classroom could. Along the way I've worked patient experience team at Manipal Hospital, As a Summer Intern at Microsoft i worked for there program management team with the Tamil Nadu government reaching 1M+ students, and picked up a taste for hypothesis-driven problem solving & government consulting that I now bring to every new project.
