Swapnil loves to dig into customer problems and solve them with modern technology. Swapnil creates, scale and optimize business portfolios that matter. To accomplish this, he focuses on delivering key outcomes, building amazing teams and quickly adapting to new learnings. Swapnil has enjoyed many different roles throughout his 11+ years of career in product management, business analyst, MES consultant and developer. Swapnil leads the Engineering team at Ecolibrium which is responsible for the development to release of the SmartSense product. He daily interacts with technical architect, development team, QA team, DevOps team and user experience team to ensure SmartSense product deliver values to the clients. He likes to keep upgrading his skills. Recently he completed a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification. This helps him to improve agile implementation for the SmartSense product.
