Hola Curious Profile Reader, I was born a curious learner and funnily enough, after spending the majority of my adult life and a back-breaking student loan later, still consider myself one. A computer science graduate, my greatest takeaway was my keen interest in tech and the abundant tech-savvy friends ready to give me "Gyan". I worked as a developer, made software for making lives easier for those who want to follow agile methodology for Software development and we practiced what we preached. Fascinated by the variety of roles and a hunger to learn more, I stumbled upon the idea to do an MBA, and voila- Behold the Place to B called IIM Bangalore. I do sometimes end up questioning -"was MBA the right decision" but then I look back at me before MBA and after it and feel rather fortunate to have done it. Being chosen for the Unilever global Future leadership program (UFLP), I have had worked closely on live projects in various functions, building know how of various parts of business including- Sales, Marketing, Factory operations, Supply Chain, International/Rural exposures. For 3 years applied my experience and skills to solve real world problems of Unilever planning function with IT solutions build from scratch building solutions for strategic planning and automating decision making. Moving to next phase of my career, I joined Mensa product team to build their core capabilities including on everything data, solving problems at scale through product.
