I am passionate about empowering individuals and driving their learning and development to help them progress in their careers. Throughout my professional journey, I have strived to inspire and guide non-technical individuals to acquire the skills necessary to embark on successful IT careers. As a mentor and coach on the Web Developer path in the ICT Skillnet Future in Tech Mentor Programme, I have had the privilege of supporting aspiring professionals in overcoming challenges and fostering their growth in the industry. Moreover, I am incredibly proud to serve as an e-Mentor for EQUALS Tech4Girls, where I have the opportunity to guide and empower young women in their pursuit of tech-related careers. This role allows me to share my experiences, provide support, and contribute to breaking down barriers for underrepresented groups in the tech industry. I believe in the power of community engagement and have actively taken on leadership roles to foster an environment of knowledge sharing and collaboration. As the Lead of Circle of Women Association, I advocate for gender equality and work towards providing opportunities for women in technology. Additionally, as a co-organizer of Test IT Meetup and Dublin Agile Project Management Meetup, I create spaces for professionals to connect, learn, and grow together. Volunteering has always held a special place in my heart, and I have been privileged to contribute my time and expertise to organizations such as Junior Achievement Ireland and CoderDojo. Through these initiatives, I have mentored and taught young children the foundational concepts of computer programming, including Scratch, Web Development, Raspberry Pi, and App Inventor. Sharing knowledge and experiences on various platforms has been a fulfilling part of my journey. I am honored to have been a Browserstack champion and speaker at renowned IT conferences and panels, including Agile Lean Ireland Conference, Browserstack ChatGPT Fireside panel, Google GDG Ireland, SnykCon, EuropeClouds Summit, and many others. These opportunities have allowed me to inspire countless individuals and contribute to meaningful discussions on the future of technology.
