With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, I have successfully bootstrapped a startup from the ground up, growing it from 0 to 350 people globally. Now, I lead an organization of over 1000 individuals, driven by my belief in agile leadership, self-organized teams, and the immense power of putting people at the center of everything we do. During this time I have mentored and coached more than 50 people around the globe to step into leadership roles, both on the people leadership side as well as on the delivery side. My focus is on creating a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth while empowering teams to thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.
