Hi, I’m Suva. I’m a Senior Solutions Architect at Databricks, based in Netherlands, working with Financial Services clients across the Benelux. Most of my work sits where data platforms meet real business problems in banking: regulatory reporting, governance at scale, and moving AI use cases from a promising demo to something a bank can actually run. I spend my days with engineers and with executives, so I’m used to explaining the same architecture in two very different ways. My core areas of expertise are data governance, data engineering, and the Databricks AI stack. I’ve also given public talks at Data + AI Summit and Data + AI World Tour Amsterdam. Lately I’ve been going deep on how data products and AI use cases map onto banking value chains such as lending, payments, KYC, financial crime and regulatory reporting, and on what it takes to build conversational and agentic AI that holds up in a regulated environment.
