After spending 3 years in the consulting industry, focusing on in-house products, databases, and wrangling data in R, SQL, SAS, I discovered a deep passion for business development. My journey was further shaped by Duke, where I embraced the principles of Design Thinking, learning how to reframe problems and drive impactful solutions. These experiences have provided me with numerous opportunities to thrive in the tech industry. Currently, as a Program Manager at ServiceNow, I specialize in designing and improving processes that support design delivery, product releases and the SDLC. I work on implementing scalable, seamless solutions to ensure the end-to-end success of getting products to market alongside stakeholder satisfaction. Collaborating closely with Designers, Product Managers, Researchers, and Developers, I engage in sprint planning, reviews, and OKR delivery, always aiming to generate the best possible value to our customers and stakeholders.
