In my current position, I am personalizing ads for millions of customers of the biggest e-commerce player in the Netherlands 👨🏼‍💻 I graduated as the gold medalist of my engineering cohort. After landing my first job in technology consulting, I got more clarity on what I wanted to do. I decided to pursue a techno-functional master's. In 2019, I moved to the Netherlands to pursue my MSc. from Tilburg University. I graduated with a Cum Laude. I am also a published researcher: https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Sushant-Khare. ♟️ I have gained expertise in building data products that build business value. I have also been lucky to be in the company of highly effective individuals and learned a lot from them. I worked across geographies in my consulting stints and learned a lot about various industries, big companies, start-ups, and scale-ups ✨ Here, I want to be the source of actionable information. I aim to be a helping hand to students and people starting their careers. As we say in data science, separating signal from noise. ⚡️
