He has experience in strategy formulation, implementation, and operational transformation to drive growth and streamline operations. Sushant is seasoned in integrating cross-functional teams and managing varied projects with C-suite and senior executives. He is also a founding member and Delivery Excellence Lead for the Skill Based Volunteering Program at Deloitte USI.
